It is also known as the 4-3-2-1 pyramid of best nutritional diets. Eating the right food in the right quantity daily is the secret to great health, happiness &amp; a great lifestyle.</p>
<p>This easy to remember diet pattern comprises of everyday food &amp; nothing extraordinary that you cannot afford. Of course, supplementary vitamins &amp; proteins will be necessary depending on the specific need of your body.</p>
<p><span id="more-459"></span><strong>4 servings of fruits &amp; vegetables</strong></p>
<p>Divide this into 2 servings of vegetables &amp; 2 servings of fruits. A bowl of fresh salad made up mostly of vegetables is essential. At the least, make sure you have one vegetable &amp; at least one whole fruit daily.</p>
<p><strong>3 servings of proteins</strong></p>
<p>You can have these 3 servings spread throughout the day, especially around the time when you are in need of power. Choose from animal protein, vegetarian &amp; low-fat (or fat-free) dairy products.</p>
<p><strong>2 servings of whole grains</strong></p>
<p>Whole grains are the best ways to add nutrients to you body including essential fiber. Eat oat meals, breads with a minimum of 2 grams of fibers per serving &amp; cereals with over 5 grams of fiber per serving.</p>
<p><strong>1 serving of the addition nutrients</strong></p>
<p>A healthy diet can contain about 200 calories of healthy fat &amp; condiments per day. You can have healthy fruits like avocados &amp; bananas or spend it on light juices &amp; even lemonades.</p>
